These disclaimers serve multiple purposes: (a) compliance with applicable federal, state, and international law; (b) protection of HNN, its related entities, and its leadership from third-party claims; (c) clear communication to viewers about what HNN is and is not; and (d) reinforcement of the discovery-ecosystem and brand-licensing-platform architecture that defines HNN’s legal posture.
For purposes of this Universal Disclaimer Stack and all related HNN documents, “HNN,” “we,” “us,” or the “HNN Parties” means:
[Health News Network LLC] and each of its past, present, and future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, assigns, acquirers, and related entities, including without limitation Biohack Yourself Media LLC, Lolli Brands Entertainment LLC, Biodentistry LLC, and any other affiliated entity, together with each of their respective past, present, and future owners, founders, members, managers, equity holders, officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, advisors, agents, representatives, joint venture partners, licensors, licensees, distributors, broadcasters, exhibitors, streaming platforms, suppliers, vendors, service providers, sponsors, advertisers, marketing partners, insurers, attorneys, accountants, heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and successors-in-interest. Every disclaimer in this document, and every limitation of liability, release, indemnification, waiver, or protection in any HNN agreement, applies to and protects all HNN Parties as defined above.
“Channel Owner” means an independent expert who has been invited into the HNN ecosystem and operates a branded streaming channel inside HNN. Channel Owners are independent operators, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of HNN. Channel Owners retain ownership of their content subject to the licenses granted to HNN under the Master Channel Owner Agreement.
“Channel Owner Content” means all content created, produced, uploaded, broadcast, or made available by Channel Owners through their channels on HNN, including video content, audio content, written content, images, livestreams, and any other materials.
“HNN Content” means content produced by HNN itself, including HNN-branded marketing content, HNN-produced original programming, HNN’s website content, brand materials, broadcast graphics, and similar materials owned by HNN.
“Viewer” or “User” means any person who accesses, views, subscribes to, or otherwise engages with content on the HNN Platform in any capacity.
“Platform” means the HNN discovery ecosystem and brand-licensing platform, including the website at healthnewsnetwork.us and related domains, HNN’s mobile and OTT applications (including Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, iOS, Android, and connected TV applications), all content, features, services, and tools made available through HNN, and any related media or communication channels.
HNN is a premium discovery ecosystem and brand-licensing platform for independently operated, expert-led health media channels. HNN is not a publisher, medical authority, hospital, clinic, healthcare provider, law firm, financial advisor, franchise, security issuer, or investment product.
HNN provides the branded environment, discoverability layer, brand standards, and required infrastructure pathway for independent Channel Owners. Each Channel Owner independently operates their own channel, controls their own content, remains responsible for their own legal and regulatory compliance, and owns their own relationship with their audience.
HNN’s architecture is analogous to:
The presence of any Channel Owner, guest, contributor, advertiser, sponsor, or third party on the HNN Platform does not constitute HNN’s endorsement, certification, approval, or recommendation of that party’s credentials, statements, methods, products, services, or recommendations. Channel Owners are responsible for the content they create and distribute on their channels.
Purpose of Content. All content on the HNN Platform — including HNN Content and Channel Owner Content — is provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Content is not intended as, and shall not be construed as, medical advice, healthcare advice, diagnostic guidance, treatment recommendations, professional advice, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional consultation.
Viewers should always consult with qualified, licensed professionals for advice regarding their specific circumstances. No content on the Platform creates a doctor-patient, practitioner-patient, attorney-client, accountant-client, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship between any Viewer and any HNN Party or any Channel Owner.
Medical Disclaimer. Nothing on the HNN Platform is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements made on the Platform regarding products, supplements, treatments, or interventions have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) unless expressly stated and substantiated.

Always consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any health condition, before beginning any new diet, exercise, supplement, or treatment regimen, or before making any decision based on content you encounter on the Platform.

Information, recommendations, protocols, or experiences shared on the Platform that benefit one person may be ineffective, inappropriate, or harmful to another. Viewers should evaluate all content in the context of their own medical history, current health status, medications, allergies, and personal circumstances, and in consultation with qualified professionals who know their specific situation.
Channel Owner Independence. Channel Owners on the HNN Platform are independent operators. Channel Owner Content reflects the views, opinions, statements, experiences, and professional perspectives of the individual Channel Owner — not the views of HNN, the HNN Parties, other Channel Owners, advisors, or vendors. HNN does not pre-review, edit, validate, certify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, reliability, or appropriateness of any Channel Owner Content.
The presence of a Channel Owner on the HNN Platform does not constitute an endorsement by HNN of that Channel Owner’s credentials, statements, methods, products, services, or recommendations. Channel Owners are responsible for the content they create and distribute on their channels.
STATEMENTS MADE ON THE HNN PLATFORM REGARDING DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS, NATURAL PRODUCTS, FUNCTIONAL FOODS, NUTRACEUTICALS, OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION. SUCH PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE.
Use of the HNN Platform, viewing of any content on the Platform, communication with HNN through the Platform, communication with any Channel Owner through the Platform, or participation in any livestream, Q&A, comment thread, or other interactive feature does not create a doctor-patient, practitioner-patient, attorney-client, accountant-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, agency, or any other professional, contractual, or special relationship between any Viewer and any HNN Party or any Channel Owner. Any such relationship requires a separate, written, signed engagement.
Testimonials, case studies, personal experiences, and outcome stories shared on the HNN Platform are not representative of typical results and may not apply to other individuals. Past performance, results, or outcomes — whether shared by HNN, by Channel Owners, or by guests on the Platform — are not indicative of future results. No HNN Party or Channel Owner guarantees any specific outcome, result, or experience from following any guidance, protocol, recommendation, or information presented on the Platform.
Merchant-of-Record Notice. When a Viewer subscribes to, purchases content from, or otherwise engages in a commercial transaction with a Channel Owner on the HNN Platform, that transaction is between the Viewer and the Channel Owner directly. The Channel Owner is the merchant of record. HNN is not a party to that transaction.
The Channel Owner is solely responsible for: setting and disclosing pricing; processing payments; managing recurring billing; complying with applicable auto-renewal, subscription, and consumer protection laws; processing refunds; responding to chargebacks; managing customer service; collecting and remitting applicable taxes; and resolving any disputes related to the transaction. HNN does not process, mediate, guarantee, refund, reverse, or otherwise intervene in transactions between Viewers and Channel Owners. For any issue regarding a subscription or payment to a Channel Owner, the Viewer must contact the Channel Owner directly.
Channel Owner Content may include sponsored content, advertisements, endorsements, testimonials, affiliate links, paid partnerships, product placements, or other forms of compensated promotion. Channel Owners are solely responsible for making all required disclosures in accordance with applicable law, including the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255). HNN does not pre-review, approve, audit, or guarantee the FTC compliance of any individual Channel Owner’s advertising, sponsorship, affiliate, or disclosure practices.
References on the HNN Platform to any product, company, individual, organization, or service — including references appearing in Channel Owner Content — do not constitute an HNN endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or approval of such product, company, individual, organization, or service. Any implied connection is coincidental unless expressly stated in writing by HNN.
The HNN Platform may include links to external websites, third-party platforms, and external content. The HNN Platform is also distributed through and depends on third-party platforms, app stores, and infrastructure providers, including (without limitation) Roku Inc., Apple Inc., Google LLC, Amazon.com Inc., Samsung Electronics, payment processors, content delivery networks, and Internet service providers. HNN also engages strategic vendors including (without limitation) TVStartup Inc. for OTT infrastructure as HNN’s required infrastructure pathway.
Third-Party Disclaimer. The HNN Parties are not responsible for the operation, content, policies, practices, compliance, security, performance, availability, or any other aspect of any third-party website, platform, vendor, or infrastructure provider. The HNN Parties make no warranty, express or implied, regarding any third party. Any claim arising from or relating to the conduct, performance, or failure of a third-party platform, vendor, or infrastructure provider must be directed to that third party and is not a basis for any claim against any HNN Party.
The HNN Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. The HNN Parties do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of viruses or harmful components, compatible with every device, or available in every location. The Platform, or specific features of the Platform, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. The HNN Parties are not liable for outages, technical failures, data loss, or other service interruptions, including those caused by third-party platforms, vendors, or infrastructure providers.
The HNN Platform is operated from the United States. The HNN Parties make no representation that the Platform or any specific content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Viewers who access the Platform from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Some content may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, or licensing limitations.
Some content on the HNN Platform may incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) tools for content production, enhancement, translation, transcription, captioning, restoration, or editing. Channel Owners are required to disclose material AI use within their content per HNN’s Content Standards. HNN itself uses AI tools for certain operational and editorial functions.
Viewers should be aware that AI-generated or AI-enhanced content may appear on the Platform and may not reflect direct human authorship of every word, image, or sound. Where AI tools are used to translate, dub, caption, restore, or otherwise reformat content featuring any individual’s voice or likeness, such use is for media production purposes incidental to the original content and does not constitute the creation of standalone synthetic recreations of that individual.
HNN does not authorize the use of any HNN Content or Channel Owner Content as training data for any third-party artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model system. See Section 25 (AI Training Prohibition).
HNN distributes documentary content, original programming, interviews, panels, behind-the-scenes content, and other media productions. Documentary content presents subjects, perspectives, and topics that may include controversial, contested, or evolving viewpoints. The inclusion of any subject, expert, perspective, or position in HNN documentary or media content does not constitute HNN’s endorsement of that subject, expert, perspective, or position.
Documentary content is for educational, informational, journalistic, and entertainment purposes only. Documentary content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
Some content on the HNN Platform is provided by guests, interviewees, panel participants, advertisers, sponsors, paid partners, or third-party contributors (collectively, “Contributor Content”). Contributor Content reflects the views and claims of those parties, not of HNN. Material connections (including sponsorship, paid placement, and affiliate relationships) will be disclosed in accordance with FTC Endorsement Guides. Contributor Content is subject to the same disclaimers as Channel Owner Content.
Statements on the HNN Platform regarding future events, results, market trends, or business outcomes are forward-looking statements based on current expectations. The HNN channel opportunity is a contractual channel access, brand licensing, infrastructure, and ecosystem participation arrangement — not equity, not stock, not a security, and not a passive income product.
Any discussion of financial matters on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for personalized advice from a qualified financial professional licensed in your jurisdiction.
Content discussing pharmaceutical medications, controlled substances, scheduled drugs, peptides, hormones, GLP-1 agonists, anabolic agents, nootropics, or similar regulated substances is for educational discussion only. References to scientific studies, mechanisms, or theories on the Platform should be understood as the references of the individual Channel Owner or guest, not as HNN-validated science.
Health, medicine, nutrition, dentistry, longevity, and wellness are fields with active scientific debate, evolving standards, differing professional opinions, and varying regulatory positions across jurisdictions. Channel Owners on the HNN Platform may discuss perspectives that differ from those of conventional medical organizations, regulatory authorities, or government agencies.
The inclusion of any such perspective on the HNN Platform does not constitute HNN’s endorsement of that perspective over any other. Viewers are encouraged to evaluate content critically, consult multiple sources including authorized government health resources (see Section 5), and discuss any health decision with licensed professionals before acting.
Content on the HNN Platform is created primarily for U.S. audiences and may reference U.S. regulatory frameworks, professional standards, or therapeutic categories that differ from those in other jurisdictions. International Viewers should consult their own licensed healthcare professionals and local regulatory authorities for guidance applicable to their jurisdiction.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE HNN PARTIES EXPRESSLY RESERVE ALL RIGHTS AGAINST THE USE OF ANY PART OF THE HNN PLATFORM, ANY HNN CONTENT, ANY CHANNEL OWNER CONTENT, OR ANY METADATA, DESCRIPTIONS, TRANSCRIPTS, OR DERIVATIVE MATERIALS TO TRAIN, FINE-TUNE, DEVELOP, VALIDATE, OR OTHERWISE IMPROVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, MACHINE LEARNING, LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL, GENERATIVE MODEL, OR SIMILAR SYSTEMS BY ANY THIRD PARTY. NO LICENSE FOR AI TRAINING IS GRANTED BY ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INTERACTION WITH THE PLATFORM, OR BY HNN’S SILENCE.
The HNN Platform is intended for adult audiences aged eighteen (18) years or older. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The HNN Parties do not knowingly permit access to the Platform by individuals under 18 years of age. If HNN learns that a user is under 18, HNN may suspend or terminate that account.
Where HNN or any HNN Party provides or facilitates the provision of marketing, media production, video editing, advertising, public relations, social media, content development, OTT distribution support, or related creative or business services (collectively, “Marketing Services”), the following apply:
HNN makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the outcome of any Marketing Services, including (without limitation) audience size, viewership, engagement metrics, sponsor acquisition, revenue, follower growth, monetization, brand awareness, conversion rates, ROI, or commercial success.
Marketing, creative, and media services are inherently subjective and dependent on numerous factors outside HNN’s control, including the recipient’s professional reputation, content quality, audience-building strategy, market conditions, third-party platform algorithms, regulatory environment, and the recipient’s own engagement with the work.
Marketing Services may involve third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Roku, app stores, etc.). HNN does not control and is not responsible for the policies, algorithm changes, account suspensions, content removal, demonetization, or shadowbanning decisions of any third-party platform.
The recipient of Marketing Services is solely responsible for: (a) approving content prior to release where approval is offered; (b) compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms; (c) accurate factual representations within the recipient’s own professional bio, credentials, claims, and content; (d) the recipient’s own conduct, statements, and reputation; and (e) any third-party claims arising from the recipient’s content, products, services, or business operations.
Marketing Services do not constitute legal, medical, regulatory, tax, financial, or compliance advice. The recipient should consult qualified independent advisors for all such matters.
HNN’s liability for any Marketing Services is governed by the applicable service agreement, and in the absence of an applicable service agreement, by the limitations of liability in this Universal Disclaimer Stack.
Recipients of Marketing Services shall not solicit HNN-affiliated personnel, vendors, contributors, or Channel Owners introduced through the engagement for the purpose of circumventing HNN’s role, in accordance with the non-solicitation and non-circumvention provisions of HNN’s standard agreements.
These disclaimers apply to channels operating in specific subject-matter verticals. They appear as additional disclaimers on the relevant channels and content, in addition to the universal disclaimers in Parts C, D, and E.
Content addressing regenerative medicine, stem cell therapies, peptide protocols, hormone optimization, integrative oncology, longevity medicine, or similar advanced therapeutic categories represents an evolving area of medical science. Such therapies may be experimental, off-label, or in active clinical development. They may not be approved by the FDA for the specific uses discussed. Outcomes vary significantly. Such therapies may not be appropriate for all patients and require evaluation by a licensed medical professional with relevant expertise. Costs, insurance coverage, regulatory status, and clinical evidence vary widely among specific therapies.
Content addressing biological dentistry, functional dentistry, mercury-free protocols, root canal alternatives, ozone therapy, or related topics reflects perspectives that may differ from those of conventional dental organizations. Information presented on the Platform may not reflect the latest clinical guidelines or be appropriate for every individual circumstance.
Content addressing longevity protocols, biohacking, peptides, nootropics, hormone optimization, performance enhancement, supplementation, cold exposure, heat exposure, fasting, ketogenic protocols, or extreme dietary protocols often falls outside conventional medical practice and may involve elevated personal risk. Content addressing integrative oncology, complementary cancer therapies, alternative cancer approaches, off-label oncology treatments, or related topics represents a highly sensitive and contested area of medical practice. Cancer treatment decisions are among the most consequential medical decisions a person can make. Viewers facing cancer should consult licensed oncologists, evaluate the full range of conventional and integrative options, and discuss any complementary or alternative approach with their treating medical team. The HNN Platform does not recommend any specific cancer treatment, does not substitute for oncology care, and does not endorse the rejection of conventional cancer therapies.

THE HNN PLATFORM, ALL HNN CONTENT, ALL CHANNEL OWNER CONTENT, AND ALL HNN SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
THE HNN PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ANY HNN PARTY BE LIABLE TO ANY VIEWER, USER, CHANNEL OWNER, OR THIRD PARTY FOR ANY:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE HNN PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS BY ANY SINGLE PERSON OR ENTITY EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THAT PERSON OR ENTITY TO HNN IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100). THESE LIMITATIONS ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN HNN AND ITS VIEWERS, USERS, AND CHANNEL OWNERS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Viewer, User, and Channel Owner — on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and personal representatives — releases, waives, acquits, and forever discharges the HNN Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to the Platform, any HNN Content, any Channel Owner Content, or any interaction with any other Viewer, User, or Channel Owner.
California residents expressly waive the protections of California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Viewer, User, and Channel Owner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the HNN Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the indemnifying party’s use of the Platform; (b) the indemnifying party’s breach of these disclaimers or any related HNN agreement; (c) the indemnifying party’s violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; (d) any content uploaded, posted, or transmitted by the indemnifying party; and (e) the indemnifying party’s interaction with any HNN Party, Channel Owner, or other user.
These disclaimers apply specifically to the Channel Owner relationship and Channel Owner business operations. They appear in addition to the Master Channel Owner Agreement and Code of Conduct & Ethics.
Channel Owners on the HNN Platform have represented to HNN, as a condition of their invitation into the ecosystem, that they are sophisticated, experienced business operators capable of evaluating and accepting the operational, commercial, technical, and regulatory realities of independent channel operation. Channel Owners have informed themselves regarding merchant operations, payment processing, refund management, applicable regulations, and the technical and business realities of streaming media before entering into the Channel Owner relationship.
Channel Owners are independent operators. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, franchisees, or representatives of any HNN Party. Channel Owners operate their channels as their own independent businesses. Channel Owners retain ownership of their content (subject to the licenses granted to HNN under the Master Channel Owner Agreement), control of their audience relationships, independence over their programming, and responsibility for their commercial operations.

Channel Owner outcomes depend on Channel Owner’s own efforts, content quality, audience-building strategy, marketing, professional reputation, business acumen, and many factors outside HNN’s control.
Channel Owners have not relied, and shall not rely, on any HNN Party for advice regarding the operational, commercial, technical, regulatory, tax, or financial aspects of running their independent channel business. For all such matters, Channel Owners shall consult their own qualified advisors. The HNN Parties make no representations or warranties regarding the operational, commercial, technical, regulatory, tax, or financial aspects of operating an independent channel.
This Universal Disclaimer Stack applies to and governs all HNN surfaces, including without limitation the HNN website at healthnewsnetwork.us, the HNN mobile applications (iOS, Android), the HNN OTT applications (Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Google TV, Samsung TV, LG TV, and other connected-TV ecosystems), HNN content distributed through third-party platforms, HNN-owned social media accounts, HNN email and SMS communications, and any other surface through which HNN content is delivered or HNN communicates with Viewers.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of this Universal Disclaimer Stack and any other HNN document, policy, or agreement applicable to the same subject matter, the provision providing the greatest legal protection to the HNN Parties shall control.
All provisions of this Universal Disclaimer Stack that by their nature should survive shall continue in full force and effect following any termination of the relationship between HNN and any Viewer, User, or Channel Owner. Surviving provisions include without limitation: definitions, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, indemnification, choice of law, and dispute resolution.
HNN may update this Universal Disclaimer Stack at any time, with or without notice, to reflect changes in HNN’s operations, applicable law, regulatory guidance, or industry best practices. The current version of this Stack is published at healthnewsnetwork.us/disclaimers and shall control. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Stack.
This Universal Disclaimer Stack is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including Florida statutes of limitations, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Stack shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of HNN’s Master Terms of Service.
If any provision of this Stack is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Universal Disclaimer Stack, together with HNN’s Master Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, DMCA Policy, Accessibility Statement, and other applicable HNN documents, constitutes the entire disclaimer framework applicable to the HNN Platform.
