HNN strongly recommends that you first attempt to contact the Channel Owner whose content you believe is infringing, where the Channel Owner is identifiable
The DMCA imposes liability for knowing material misrepresentations in a takedown notice
Consider whether the use of your work may qualify as a fair use under copyright law
If you are uncertain whether your claim is valid, consult with an attorney before submitting

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single location are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works

This typically includes the URL of the page on which the material appears, the channel name, and a description of the specific content

Failure to include all required elements may result in the notice being treated as invalid. HNN may, in its discretion, request additional information before acting on an incomplete notice.
